Lil Dragons
The martial arts combat childhood obesity with the, “Lil’ Dragon” program. Over 800 martial arts schools across America are teaching kids how to respect their bodies, as well as their parents and teachers.
Kids learn best when they are having fun. Over the years we have learned to specialize in the prepared environment for ages 4, and 5-7. We provide structured activities, with disguised repetition, so the kids get significantly better at balance and coordination, and further develop the listening skills to follow specific directions.
